A very professional and good pharmacy! Very multi cultural which makes it for foreign customers a lot easier to express themselves. The owner is really nice and always tries to help.

Unfortunately, I do not have the access data for my other account and now have to take this opportunity to comment on my review from July. The owner approached me personally to ask again in a short conversation why the rating was bad. There was an apology that surprised me positively. I now like to go to this pharmacy again. The advice from the owner is always very good and detailed. Good luck for the whole team and see you soon!

I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy for many years and have also been to the previous ones. The current owner, Mr Bagli, and the team are friendly, competent and helpful people; I've never had any complaints to complain about. I can really only recommend it! All the best continue.

Great service .... you take the time for advice and a little conversation .... you try to do everything possible .... I come specially from Rheinhausen .... Advice is always given about cheaper drugs with the same active ingredient .... My pharmacy No. 1 - super nice team ... never arrogant or condescending ..... R. FOIS. 😷🤒🤕🤧
