Canon's support team didn't help me to Install the printer drivers on my Ubuntu.

I was on the Canon Pro Forum 2018 and very pleased. Great program (some suggestions already implemented), good hospitality, nice team and everything for a very fair price. Clean and Check was included in the price - kudos and I will be back next year.

Fast help without much ifs and buts. So service has to be. Was personally on site and was nicely served!

Do not know how I can express my displeasure. Canon has the worst - by far the worst support ever. Buy a new camera ... your ass is powdered. You are alone with problems. Wifi connection is not possible. Called 4.5 weeks ago .... I can not help you u here you are wrong. Everything included ...... suw will be contacted in 2/3 days. Now after almost 5 weeks still nothing. After 15 minutes of waiting someone's turn .... not friendly .... wrong department again (yes I'm apparently too stupid to enter the right numbers 😡😡) It's with the other department, they have to wait ... Oh u if you call here your request comes back to the stack. Then it takes longer Oh, now I'm also to blame I can only advise against buying a product from canon.
