Appointment for a financial confirmation has been agreed for over 2 weeks. All documents were handed over by email two weeks ago. And on the day of the appointment, our advisor Ms. Xy was not present or she had to make an appointment with the doctor. There was no feedback that she had a doctor's appointment. Another adviser came who then practiced the appointment, she wasn't prepared at all. Nothing was prepared even though we had submitted everything beforehand, very very very very unprofessional. We sacrificed our time extra today and had to take extra time off for the appointment ............ Too bad actually thought it is serious! PS: Even a star is too much!

You don't care about your customers I was here today at 11:00 am to seek advice. When asked, there was a young woman with a girl as if he were an intern with her. The treatment of the employee was harsh, conceited, and inappropriate for a bank employee. For the first time, I found a bank clerk who was dealing with customers in such an inappropriate and indecent manner. Colleague. It seems that the administration here doesn't care about their customers.

Just had a very cheeky and undisciplined woman on the phone. My son is more level. How can you be something of incompetence and as a bank clerk deal with your customers in a way that is disrespectful and insulting just because you had a bad day taking all of this out on your customers. As a customer I've been here for over 10 years and my whole family. you should get this woman out of the call center and generally out of the Sparkasse. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Just being so cheeky and not wanting to say the name because she is afraid for her job. The second call was very smooth.

Difficult. I would defend the employee of my trust from any criticism, but the fact that you can no longer pay small change triggers me massively. € 5 for depositing small change and just a few days later I know that I have deposited € 4.20 - wow. This is how the future works. Not. The Sparkasse is probably not there for people who need their change at the end of the month, too bad. Have the theory anyway that you wanted beggars out of the branch and therefore preferred to do away with the machines again.
