Real HEMA with a long sword, great for leaving everyday life behind with your head and practicing a "completely different sport". It is not difficult to get started, because in elementary school you learn how to use the sword as a tool. mMn the better alternative to the gym! Anyone who would like to turn it into a real martial arts afterwards is also in the right place, in the main branch in Halle also hours for fast sparring (then of course in protective equipment) are offered.
