Short and sweet, you can train here and feel good with no pressure or should you wish it to any lelve. Most train for fitness for fighting techniques in a fun family environment. Some train to the highest of levels with World Champs also training here, National Champions and pure amateurs of all disciplines. In a nut shell, the full package of you want it, come along and see it for yourself, you will not be disappointed, fact.

Echt klasse, top Trainers mit viel Erfahrung..
Although I am no longer an active member (I couldn't do it any more besides my training), I have to say that the environment (trainers and members) were very nice and I always enjoyed the training. In the training itself I learned a lot during the active time and a lot was demanded physically, depending on your individual performance level. The conditions are really great and most importantly, everyone is welcome.
First of all, a big thank you to everyone at the KCGT! You are really great!
My daughter (6) and I (43) (both beginners) it is so much fun to train with you.
You motivate and heat up, but not overwhelming. You are approachable in all questions and above all without prejudice. We felt immediately at ease and accepted. Since you are helpful and solution-oriented to support and achieve the goals that you have set yourself personally.
The rest is up to you ;-)!
