On November 4th requested heating maintenance via customer service request and also received an automatic response via the input. I asked again by email at the beginning of December because there was no response. To date I have given no response, customer number, etc. Really bad when a customer service request is offered on the website but it doesn't appear to be processed or ignored. Addendum: very courteous and friendly reaction to my review. Because of this and because of the pleasant phone call, I change the rating to 5 *.

Just thrilled. We wanted to replace our oil heating with pellet heating with a solar system and we had many question marks in our minds. We took advice from 3 companies and immediately had this good gut feeling here at Bohres. Mr. Avola advised us very intensively and also answered our questions during evening visits. Before we concluded the contract, he personally advised us and our roommates (two-family house) several times, also regarding possible subsidies etc. At the beginning of the work we got to know Mr. Wittke and 2 other employees who worked just as committed and trustworthy as Mr. Avola. Because we all had to work, we handed in our keys and left the company here alone. At no time did we have a bad feeling. But on the contrary. What also excited us ... beforehand it was said that we would be without warm water for 1 week. After 4 days the surprise: Mr. Wittke and his team had given their best and we actually had warm water after 4 days, which was worth gold for us with a small child. Conclusion: From start to finish, the work was just great and there were no surprises with the final bill either! Mr. Avola accompanied everything intensively the entire time and was our daily contact next to his committed employees. We are very grateful to the whole team for their good, fast, reliable and trusting work and look forward to further cooperation in the future. Thank you, says the Prinz family.
