The history of the Elmendorf distillery in Isselhorst is explained in a small but beautiful way. A special exhibit is the large schnapps barrel, which has 20,000 liters of content. The front is carved completely sculpturally on the occasion of the golden wedding of ... That makes this barrel in this size Germany-wide unique. Around 1900 it was shown at several world exhibitions, including in Chicago. The barrel stands today on the grounds of the more than 300 years old inn 'Zur Linde'
