Totally unfriendly person at the intercom. The officer who handled my request was very, very nice. That's the only reason there are three stars instead of one star. Such an unfriendly officer should not be turned off as the first contact of the presidium.

The reception did not announce our arrival so we had to first 40 minutes. wait until we finally took the initiative ourselves and called the office and announced ourselves. The questioning went fine, but outside the office in the waiting area you are treated from above. Not even to a friendly one: "Hello" is reacted to, one is only looked at from "above" and the walk continues bluntly.

Just unfriendly, because of property damage and theft, the police don't come by, but you have to go there yourself to find out that you have not been announced for the reception. While you wait, you only see unfriendly policemen who come in with a pizza box through the main entrance and have forgotten how to greet someone. The impression that a break is more important than a matter of property damage and theft is sad
