I've been a customer of Sparkasse Hagen since my lifetime and I've always been very satisfied. Of course, a lot has changed at financial institutions over the years, unfortunately not always to the benefit of customers. Nevertheless, the customer advisors and employees, especially in the Emster office, make a lot of effort, even after an appointment has been made over the phone. Of course, every now and then there are some customers in front of the counters, especially older people ... everything doesn't go that fast anymore. Basically, however, it goes very quickly and it is better not to complain. By the way, questions can also be answered by phone! But I would also like to say that the new branch manager (she says what she thinks and I really appreciate that) has her "shop" under control. You will certainly soon notice this in customer satisfaction, provided you like this direct way. In conclusion: we stay customers because we feel good ... also very much in the Emster office! See you again soon ...: D

I have been a customer of Sparkasse Hagen-Emst for 7 years. I am very satisfied with my advisor, Ms. Schreiner. My request was always dealt with quickly, there was never a problem, there was always a solution. I will always stay with the Sparkasse.
