I'm excited!
Once again I got to know "lived" quality. Ms. Susanne Eilts stands for this. As a quality auditor who also trains QM personnel, I was amazed. She responded very patiently to my questions and immediately had solutions ready. For older people who having to cope with new technology, the ideal consultant.

I went to the Sparkasse on the spur of the moment to set up an online banking access. Ms. Susanne Eilts was my contact person and it was really quick, waiting time max. 20 min (because there was a customer before me. Very nice lady who takes the time to explain everything exactly if you get a little confused 😂
If I had a problem with the Sparkassen app, I was helped very quickly and on site and everything was explained step by step. The gentleman took time for me, great service!
