I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the Sparkasse Hagen branch on Stennertstrasse. My bank advisor pushed me to give me a rating. Unfortunately, I cannot share any good experiences. After my account was changed, the account management fees became completely incoherent without our accounts ever being debited from my mother's account. After the promise that this had now been changed, the same thing happened the next month. Papers were messed up, they always tried to phone, but unfortunately the errors were not corrected or only very late. Overall very unprofessional behavior!

For me, good customer service means giving the customer no reason to go to the competition. The team at Sparkasse Hagen Hohenlimburg did everything right and has won my trust for years!
