Great equipment, family atmosphere, very good martial arts department, great studio

If your health is important and you also want to have fun while exercising, this is the place for you.
Especially the courses, led by the owner family and other well-trained trainers, motivate you again and again. And by the way, you get to know very nice people.
I say now my backache Ade and can only recommend this gym.
2009-2010 I was a member of this gym and have only had good experiences. I felt very well advised (well qualified staff), liked the family atmosphere, took some nice courses and was also in the sauna area on the way. Due to an accident, I did parallel physiotherapy next door, which has complemented the whole thing well. A disaster was (even at non-peak times) the parking situation on site. Since the prices are now (in my case twice as high as then) have risen sharply, I can not afford this studio unfortunately, which is a shame.
The name does not really suggest that there is much more behind here than a judo club. For children Mo., Wed, and Fr. Judo and Teakwondo are offered. Children can try the martial arts offer for up to four weeks free of charge. For teens and adults Ju-Jutsu, Thai / Kickboxing, Iaido and Aikido. A free trial can always be completed. The Judo Klub cooperates with the fitness studio in the house, so that also the complete Fitness offer, as well as the wellness area can be used on favorable conditions. The family atmosphere of the gym is also transferred to the martial arts area, so that here also trained a good clientele and friendly and respectful interaction prevails among themselves. This can not be assumed in the situation in the backyard ...
Manfred Halverscheid's studio is personal, friendly and competent in terms of general fitness, strength training, endurance training, athletic training units, yoga, indoor cycling and wellness, and martial arts. Here is offered since 1977 what you will not find anywhere else. For over 5 year olds there is judo, for young teenagers from left taekwando, strength training, fitness or indoor cycling, Thai boxes for those who want to spend properly or back courses for office-active people, even for seniors have the special courses.
