Highly recommended competent friendly staff. Ask before each training session whether there are physical problems and respond to them.

Highly recommended competent friendly staff. Before each training session, ask whether there are any physical problems and go into it carefully (training is tailored to the problems). I have to say there are a lot of construction sites for the cervical spine, lumbar spine, atrose knees, shoulders. But through the coordinated training I have far less pain, so that you can do without painkillers. It costs more than the gym, but that's good money for my health Keep it up

EMS is one of the hottest training methods available. The coaches demand one, so you can get everything out of your body. Can not say anything negative about the studio. Everything perfect!
