I did a yoga workshop at the weekend at Waltraud. She herself explained that the large number of her instructions took getting used to. In fact it was. However, this was not only disadvantageous, but essentially also of great advantage. On the one hand, it is part of their type of yoga to instruct and be instructed exactly, and on the other hand, Waltraud has made extraordinary efforts for each participant to avoid mistakes with precise instructions and to reach the right position. Overall, it was a great pleasure, even if it was quite exhausting in my view. The relaxation phases and the associated instructions were just as optimal as the selected exercises / positions themselves. I would like to expressly thank you for the wonderful workshop, the great accompaniment, the delicious food and am looking forward to (hopefully) being able to participate again soon.
