I have been to the shop several times now and have to say that I am satisfied. There is a larger selection like in the IDEA business and the staff comes up to you and asks if you need help. It is clearly laid out and appears more open than the IDEA business. And even if mistakes happen at the opening, we are all human and I think such mistakes can be forgiven. A great team and I am looking forward to the next visit to the shop.

Been in the shop on the 3rd day after reopening. Not much change from the first impression to the IDEA creative market. It appears tidy and sorted when you come in. Unfortunately that was already a positive experience. At the checkout, the nasty surprise of the wrong price labeling for the selected items. The difference was only 50 cents per article, but in total it was already € 3 more. The conversation with the business owner was rather unfriendly and in no way customer-oriented. The sentence: "We have only been open since Saturday and I would have to forgive wrong price labeling." I had to listen to it. No insight that the fault was not mine and the items were not sold at the stated price. Here, customer-friendly solutions should urgently be considered. If every customer feels that way, this business won't last long. I still believe that there shouldn't be any mistakes in the beginning and certainly not if the range is fairly clear.
