Very busy area but great for connections

Clean and save railway station. Good food stores.

Nice range of shops

I am new to the train system here so this probably sounds silly but, it is VERY cold in this station during the cooler months! Maybe I've gotten used to the bigger stations that stay warmer? Next time I would dress warmer to be in here (it seems even colder than outside at some points!) Either way, the food options here are great and the food is prepared wonderfully. Being an American, this is very different than our public transit food options. I was very pleased

To call this a shopping mall is perhaps misleading. It is the collection of retail outlets in the central railway station of Duisburg. As such the provide a range of products and services focused on the traveller.
