The Corona security measures are rather difficult to implement in close practice. The staff seems to try hard. I came for a certificate. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't take any time at all, didn't even look at the affected body parts. His assistant then handed me a completely unusable two-line text with 10 typing errors.

Dr. Sotke is doing a good job, after an hour of waiting, I was diagnosed in a friendly and comprehensive manner, I have only been waiting for the report for a month now. Since I need this for further treatment in addition to an official medical examination, I have now asked for it to be completed several times. Without a reaction, now it is urgent and urgent, so called again today, then the lady told me several times that she can do it today, 'impossible', and by no means, to my reply 'it has now been almost two months' and I don't have anything in writing yet, I said: 'We had personnel problems'. Well, nobody can do anything, only the work would have to be done anyway and findings have to be written and not just postponed. Now the first nice lady on the phone was visibly in a bad mood, said 'then I have to do that too' as if it was my fault and after further grumbling and 'mumbling inside' said: late in the afternoon the finding would be 'maybe' written and I could probably pick it up. 'try it then' were her words. Well then .. Conclusion: Been there twice because of different incidents, treatment and doctors top, support rather flop ... Therefore only 4 stars.

Practice really not recommended. 1- Hardly reachable by phone. Constantly answering machine or line busy. 2-The medical assistants are not able to organize appointments, therefore waiting times over three hours despite the appointment. In acute cases, one is not admitted and referred to a family doctor, despite a referral from the HA. 3- Doctor does not examine properly, only superficially so that the symptoms worsen. Treatment measures must be provided. No causes are sought

On the recommendation of the family doctor to this practice have been referred. Once there you reported that you have too many diagnoses or construction sites that you can not treat all here. I have never heard or experienced such a thing, that a doctor does not want to treat, because you have too many diagnoses at once. I am deeply shocked that you do not want to help sick people with knee pain here. I thought I was at the orthopedist? Would like to give 0 stars.
