Even before the opening hours my call was accepted, no AB. I got a short-term appointment because of urgency, other practices had rejected me. Then my KK card had expired, I did not have the new one. In all I was kindly supported and advised by the office help. Mrs. Buchholz, a pleasant personality, took time for treatment and counseling, although I was only "pushed in". It is unfortunate that I was only a visitor and I have not found a comparable GP practice at my place of residence.

I can not agree with Mr. Weidner, to me the practice team is both in the direct handling, as well as on the telephone very helpful and friendly. Miss Dr. Buchholz takes his time, is always friendly and I feel in good hands there. The waiting times are bearable-the waiting room is pleasantly furnished. However, a bit cramped - if you do not have a disease with contagion risk, you could be infected there ... but this is usually due to the behavior of the sick. No one likes to go to the doctor, but here I feel and taken seriously. Thanks a lot for this!
