Too expensive for the service provided! Even if the Stadtbad is included in the membership fee, the fee is too high. The trainers are mostly inattentive and concerned with themselves. Even when the studio manager is present, she prefers to talk about private matters and with colleagues from the city pool, rather than looking after the members. In addition, the city pool is not suitable for proper swimming training because the pool is too short and not deep enough. The sauna and steam bath are also not recommended. Even Actic employees say this.

Small studio with little possibilities. Devices are not always clean. Staff and studio management seem overwhelmed. From care and training recommendations you notice nothing. Even the studio management is more in the conversation with lifeguards than with members. Then rather into the crowded McFit.
