Had a plumbing problem just in time for New Year's Eve. Of course, all of the companies recommended by my property management cannot be reached or no emergency service. Called company Preiss - someone was immediately on the phone who patiently listened to my problem and promised that the employee would take care of us as soon as it is free again. The employee was on site less than an hour later. Problem solved quickly. Even if it was only a small thing, I was very glad that at least one company in this regard in Bayreuth could be reached on New Year's Eve. Highly recommended from my point of view. Thanks again.
