I had asked about a small order a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised that the craftsman came over after an hour (!) To see the situation. Everything was then measured on site, photos were taken and the goodbye promised to report back soon. Since then I have never heard of this company again. Several attempts to make contact by phone ended in discussing the answering machine and leaving a telephone number for the callback. Unfortunately, this never happened.
