I think it is outrageous that, right now, in this difficult time, the prices for baked goods, in this case for a roll, are being raised from € 0.90 to € 1.30. That is more than 30%. There are many people who currently have to look at the money due to short-time work or termination. In the future I will give my money to regional shops that shamelessly take advantage of this current situation. The advice to pass on my complaint to the boss was received unkindly and indifferently.

The rolls weren't bad, but we were very disappointed after we took them out of the bag at home and two of the 5 rolls we ordered were missing ... that was a very annoying start to the day. I also don't understand why four saleswomen are standing around in the sales room (especially since only two are served) and only 2 customers are allowed in (Corona). The shop assistants were also quite rude ... a shame, that will be remembered

Hello Mrs. Lechar, I'm sorry you had such a bad start on your vacation yesterday. We always try to serve our customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Unfortunately yesterday (where you had been shopping) we had a short-term failure in sales and a lady was there to try it out. Of course, it should not happen that you have not received all the goods. Please excuse me. Due to the distance regulation, it is currently not possible in our small sales room to serve more than two customers and we try to implement all specifications as best as possible. Hello Mr. Sepp Ottys, we have not raised our prices. You have probably bought our special knots. These are sold by weight and therefore each customer only pays what they get. Fairest for everyone. So it may be that a smaller knot costs just € 0.90 and a larger one costs € 1.30. We are sorry if this was not immediately apparent to you and also that this information was not communicated equally well by the sales staff.
