For a long time, I wondered if I should post my experiences with Mr. and Mrs. Kunzmann, because I always wanted to give a new chance, but in the end, unfortunately, it is a permanent state. Just as others write here, an agreement is unfortunately not possible. I have a property with several apartments and have worked together with Mr Kunzmann for the past few years. Unfortunately, I have to say that appointments have almost never been kept. The current case is that in an apartment with an elderly couple (over 90!) For more than a week the toilet drain is blocked. After call with Mr. He told me last Monday Kunzmann that he will come over on Thursday during the day. Appointment was arranged with the tenants, so you wait for him. On Thursday evening I found out that nobody came. Since then, Mr. Kunzmann also no longer to reach by phone. On Friday morning I finally reached his wife after numerous attempts. She was completely surprised, did not know about the appointment and promised that she will answer. 4 days later no call, no info nothing. No one has been in the company since then. Neither landline, nor the mobile. I am very disappointed because in the last few years I have awarded many contracts and also a lot of money to the Kunzmann company and because such a behavior is absolutely incomprehensible to me. I have often told the company that I would prefer a thousand times if I get a premature cancellation or a delay, instead of a promise that can not be kept. The current case is unfortunately one of many from the last few years, which I can write from experience. I would have liked to save this rating, but I would not recommend the company Kunzmann in any case and would advise against it. Of course, work has been done successfully in the past, but the arrangements and deadlines were unfortunately mostly catastrophic. I will report, if the company Kunzmann again, until then, the rating will stay here for the first time.
