The waitress here is not friendly compared to the other chain bakeries. Would recommend going elsewhere if you are a foreigner because the other bakery ladies are friendlier.

Very outrageous and rude. It's better not to spend a penny here - there are plenty of other, friendlier bakeries in the area. I'm definitely not going here anymore.
Nice staff. Very cozy atmosphere. I always have a coffee before the S-Bahn ride.
Delicious products (especially the crispy pretzels), employees rather unfriendly (Fiegert stop ...).
