Dr. med. Lars Klöcker

We were there on the emergency service. Nice practice especially the treatment rooms. Dr Klöckner was super kind and empathetic. Explained everything to us exactly. We felt very well looked after

Today was the first time with my 2 year old son in the practice of Dr. Klöcker. We had an appointment to have his heart checked. My little man whimpered and cried all the time, but that wasn't because of the doctor and the helpers, but simply because he somehow doesn't like doctors. But there was really no reason to cry at all. Nothing hurt, according to my son, because of course I kept asking him every now and then. Everyone was really nice and above all child-friendly. I found the doctor and the helpers really great. My son was really shown everything beforehand, what is happening now that it doesn't hurt and above all he was spoken to in a child-friendly tone and he was allowed to touch the things himself beforehand etc. Everyone was really super nice. The subsequent final discussion with the doctor was competent and informative. I did not clear myself and felt in good hands all the time. Even my son ended up crying despite Dr. Klöcker said goodbye and waved. I would go back to this practice at any time

dr.klöcker himself was good. Unfortunately we got a different doctor, the team and appointments are completely chaotic. So today we were there for nothing, 1 day vacation for free ... Inadequate telephone availability

Simply the best doctor in the whole world

Simply the best, my children are always happy to tell about their doctor, even when they have an injection😅
