Unfortunately, the quality is not at all satisfactory. Two out of three foils ordered for the car have expired after less than 5 months, although a promise was made for the durability of three years. After contacting customer service, you unfortunately had to realize that they don't really care about customers. The word customer service is probably totally unknown, they are extremely unfriendly and reject any guilt, although they asked before ordering what would be best.
ATTENTION and CAUTION !!! We have ordered several foil lettering for 3 vehicles from myfolie.com. We didn't think that the orders came much later than promised. Unfortunately, 5 of the 6 lettering had graphic errors even though we had delivered a perfect file and had paid extra for a graphic check. Small elements of our company logo were missing in 2 of the lettering. Unfortunately, we only noticed this immediately after assembly. On the part of myfolie.com they claim that we should send pictures of the foils before assembly, which of course no longer works afterwards. The objection that this is irrelevant with the errors in the graphics, whether before or after assembly, is not addressed and insists on the "small print" that you have to complain about everything within 3 days. All in all, you will find it here exactly as it shouldn't, a few hundred euros damage because the wrong film has to be removed, re-printed and pasted on again and a lot of annoyance and frustration .....
