Actually a good bakery, nice service ... it depends on who is on duty. Usually when the time suits me, I always go to the younger, friendly ones Ladies who are not too good to make me a sandwich. Is it always too much for an employee or there are no cold cuts available. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Reply to your message. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of your colleague and I do not want to expose anyone here, but unfortunately it does not seem to have been the first incident. I think a customer survey would help you! The lady has been working for you for a long time because it wasn't the first and don't think it was the last incident. Customer friendliness is essential in such a company!

I wanted to get some rolls this morning, but then, while waiting in front of the store in the rain, I noticed that I had forgotten my protective mask. Well, I thought, if you take off, hold the sweater over your mouth and nose as long as that will work. I also had the money for the rolls ready and counted in my hand so that I could get out of there quickly. As soon as I entered the shop, the seller immediately pointed out that I had to leave the shop. I apologized for forgetting my mask, but the young man insisted that I leave the shop. Sorry but my understanding of the Corona protective measures was exhausted because there were a total of 10 (TEN) people without face masks in the shop's café! At one table 8 sprightly pensioners can be found there often and certainly not all of them live in the same household. Two standards are probably applied here when it comes to customers. And no, I'm not a corona denier or believe in conspiracy theories, I just forgot the mask. Furthermore, the management has probably not noticed that the VAT was reduced on July 1, 2020 because the prices remained unchanged or were partially increased. The management should also think about why there is such a high staff turnover in this branch, this gives a deep insight. Carry on but without me. There is also another bakery on site, even if it's a bit further for me.

Unfortunately everything was sold out at 2 p.m. A shame otherwise good hygiene concept and nice service.
