Lace dress for cleaning, was hardly soiled just a bit dark on the hem. Was received by the cleaning! The top top layer is now 10 cm shorter than the underlying fabric. Can not wear the dress anymore. For 90 euros paid ... Nobody had pointed out that this could happen, otherwise I would have changed my mind of course. It did not get really clean either. For the result, I could have given the dress at home in the washing machine. Disappointing and really a joke for a professional cleaning. Also very dubious: Accepts only cash and no credit or debit card. At an amount of 90 € I find that very strange, had only coincidentally so much money in order to pay the amount.

Have in this operation two suits clean and shorten a pair of pants. Everything was to my satisfaction and you will be served nice. From two suits there is already discount!

My wedding dress was dirty after the celebration at the hem, no particularly aggressive stains, just dirt from the floor. I got it back after 1.5 months of cleaning, the hem was still completely stained, the spots had only become a little lighter. For 90 € paid ... I can not recommend the cleaning, at least for wedding dresses ... Addendum: In the meantime, I have learned in another cleaning (there I have given my dress now for coloring), that my dress was previously only washed and not chemically cleaned! I expected that differently. I was also made aware that when washing in the textile company Ludwig the top layer of my dress is received, so that the underskirt is now longer than the overskirt. That could have been easily prevented by steaming, the second operation told me now. He judged the work of the first care operation as extremely bad.
