Well it is true that it takes a week and it is true that it is not the cheapest neatest and most correct I have found in Munich my daughter forgot her pocket money and skipass in a jacket it was 180 € that's a lot of money we did not remember where my daughter forgot when we picked up the laundry and cleaning was my daughter Happy about all the clouds and I say that this is not an isolated case because I had seen this more often on garments that was a little bag and I was told if anything is found and they can assign it to the control it will of course be handed back to the customer it should take an example That's why I take the trouble and write now this long text as I said not cheap but honestly correct and super neat I give five points

A jacket should be shortened at the sleeves. Got it destroyed and received no compensation. I advise everyone from this store.

I used the laundry several times despite the comparatively longer waiting time for the clothes (at least 1 week) because it is on my way to work. Unfortunately, a shirt was lost during my last cleaning. Despite my pick-up slip, on which there were 6 shirts, it was claimed that the slip was wrong and that there were only 5, because at first I couldn't say exactly what shirt I was missing. I would like a little more service and personality. 2 stars because my laundry was clean.

Finally the shop closes! 1 and last experience in keywords: a) stand with trousers to be cleaned shortly before 09.00 o'clock in front of the glass entrance door, b) Woman closes at 9:03 am, obligingly she looked at me from inside; looks at me silly and does not open the door for me, c) unfriendly receipt of the pants (kakhi, from summer suit), d) 10 days I would like to pick them up: trousers still show stains; her opinion: "Cleaning does not mean stain-clean!" and want e) if I remember correctly: 14, - Euro (so very expensive compared to others).

I visited Munich for the first time and I was just looking for a washhouse as the rrom service was not good in my hotel and I was in this business and believe me, they just do what they do amazingly
