The selection and the quality of the baked goods are really perfect for a chain store of this size. Unfortunately, I had to see today that the sales team is not always customer-friendly. At lunchtime, a customer asked if she could have a wholemeal roll topped with cheese. The saleswoman's reaction was totally dismissive and the question of whether with butter or tartar sauce came across so annoyed and unkind that I would have lost my appetite. Perhaps it is advisable to train this saleswoman again in terms of customer orientation. The best goods and the best marketing concept are of no use if you don't feel welcome as a customer. I doubt whether this customer will come back again. Certainly it differs from saleswoman to saleswoman and I have always been served lovingly. Was it because I had no extra wishes? I remain loyal to them and hope that this was just an isolated incident.

At the branch on Freiheitsstrasse in Lobberich, I became a regular customer shortly after it opened. It is ideally located with good transport links, so that you can quickly get bread early in the morning and there are always enough parking spaces on the premises. For us it was always the master rolls, really highly recommended. The opening time in the week at 6:30 a.m. is too late. Then I wrote to the company, following a recommendation from a saleswoman, whether it would be possible to open at least half an hour earlier, like the competition. Unfortunately, I never received an answer on this. Then about half a year ago there were several unpleasant incidents. I am one of the few card payers. In the mornings, things should always go quickly, so I asked really friendly if you couldn't check out after the order, because the system needs a moment to prepare the booking, at the same time you would have enough time to pack the rolls. Unfriendly reaction: Whether I don't have the time or why I would bring it up. The next 3x in a row the master rolls were not available in the morning. Then I spoke to the same saleswoman, what the reason for it was. Not a good idea, it escalated. The saleswoman was immediately puffy and loud: "First this completely superfluous suggestion, then this criticism, what all this is supposed to be and in general ...". Yes, you can behave like that, but you don't have to. The first time I hadn't said anything about it, but this time the friendly lady was also getting loud in the presence of another colleague, so I countered and then left the branch under protest. This incident was about 6 months ago, and I haven't bought anything there since. It's a shame, the quality and the location are right. Now the competition is happy and I just have to drive a little further. There are also delicious bread rolls that have the same name as the branch and the shop assistants are extremely friendly at all times. Update on 11/23/20: We'll be going there again regularly after the answer to the review. Without exception, the ladies are very friendly. Unfortunately, no response to the request for earlier opening times is still available despite an additional email.

Very nice and courteous team, always provide entertainment to be recommended again and again, the shop assistants are very friendly and very funny, one better than the other!

Coffee and cake was delicious. Unfortunately to my regret I had to watch how the waitress with the bun gloves both spent money and used to clean the counter, and then continued to serve the next customer. I think that's not the point of gloves. Too bad.
