Dear customer, first of all we would like to thank you for your feedback. For me as the owner it is a pity not to be able to approach you directly and personally. Please feel invited to contact me personally at any time. For us, advice is a matter of course and we had to cope with a really high number of customers, especially with the distribution of masks to risk patients. Politicians have explicitly instructed us to instruct our customers in the correct handling of the FFP2 masks. We always give every customer the attention that their concern demands. I really have to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers! The mask issue was orderly and very harmonious. We look forward to providing you with more Masekn in the new year. Only a few people are allowed to enter the pharmacy during the Corona period. There are two contradicting signs here - one with 4, one with 5 allowed people. What should the customer do with it? A long queue with sick people formed in front of the door, it was very cold and drafty. When I was allowed to enter, I heard that one of the pharmacists had given a long and wide range of topics. When this pharmacist also began to politicize and became derogatory about government decisions on the subject of Corona, I kindly interrupted because of the queue. The reaction was rude, snippy and instructive. In my opinion, it is not appropriate for a pharmacist to express her personal opinion in this way. In addition, she obviously didn't care about the customers waiting in the cold (then everyone should come in = her statement - I thought: what about Corona?) I didn't comment on that and don't try yours from me as quickly as possible to withdraw the desired torrent of speech. I have had a number of bad experiences in this pharmacy, but this was the last one because I will no longer go into it. NO RECOMMENDATION!

The ladies behind the counter are a bit cool ... not my case. Parking a bit difficult to get. Nearby is a bakery, an organic shop, a pizzeria, a bank, a Greek restaurant with a common room and the St. Stephen Catholic Church.
