Unfortunately, bad experiences have increased. You are looked down on from above, treated unkindly and it is sometimes made fun. In addition, many products are not available and you actually always have to drive a second time. For me the worst pharmacy I have ever been served. I would rather drive a little further than letting my money go there again!

The pharmacist was not ready to call my doctor about something minor. Bad to park. Nearby are post office, bank, Pfister, butcher.

Very rude and arrogant. I wanted to exchange pills because my wife got a pack from another manufacturer that I don't tolerate so well. I was made very clear to senior teachers that this is not possible and, above all, the active ingredient is the same everywhere and a better tolerance of another manufacturer is just an imagination and it is also on the receipt. Original sound: "If you buy a salami today, you cannot go to the shop the next day and ask for another one". And this in the original packaged, unopened tablet pack !!! When I said that I don't find that customer-oriented and the pharmacy below that does without problems was called "what the others do is their business". When he went out, the nice gentleman told his colleague another joke about me that I didn't understand exactly, so I don't want to write anything about it. Unfortunately, it was not the first time that one was not treated well in this pharmacy, but it was definitely the last time. We don't go anymore. There are better pharmacies in town with nicer staff.
