I asked about masks today and only got the answer -We don't have any! Very unfriendly and disturbing, as I always got my medication there. A few steps further is the pharmacy, there you are more service-oriented.

Very friendly always helpful and competent advice and if something is not in stock it is ordered without further ado and can usually be picked up on the same day. I cannot report anything negative.

Very nice staff, who always endeavors to give you the best and also honestly says if your own wish does not make sense. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned and depressing, but that's relative, since it's all about good advice.
