Perhaps that is also standard in this pharmacy and that behavior of Ms. S. is not uncommon. It's a shame that those people who are not interested in helping customers and serving in a friendly way work in the service sector !!! I will definitely not visit this pharmacy anymore and would happily take a longer trip to another pharmacy!
