All employees are very nice, polite and dedicated! Personal and competent (but not overly "instructive") advice. You can tell that there is also a positive atmosphere within the team and you simply feel that you are in good hands. Another plus point: a wide range of products and a large warehouse - if something is missing, the order is there super fast or it is even delivered! 5 stars for my favorite pharmacy!

The woman Felbermayr was rude. I behaved completely correctly. If you panic you should stay at home. I don't know how she does it in the supermarket if she has to keep 5 m away. A scale would not be bad either, it is clear that they do not know what 1.5 or 2 m are.

Customer service is galactically far from optimal! A Covid-19 mouthguard was sold to me. The first time he tried it, he slipped off his ears after a few sentences! TOO SMALL! My complaint in the pharmacy only yielded sophisticated lines of argument: no replacement, no reimbursement! Anyone looking for the service paradise Germany of the 1960s will find themselves in Naupliastr. found where the customer did the seller a favor when buying! Thank you for your answer, however: I did not expect you to take back a contaminated property, but: if you sell masks that are too small (and that's just the point), then you should be interested in replacing them with a suitable product for me as a customer! They also cannot be fitted with summer tires if they wanted winter tires.
