Disappointing because we asked him not to take up our time for free and showed him the pictures of our problem via WhatsApp so that he could decide beforehand whether or not, since we would then have to wait for his appointment with hope and were convinced and emphasized that he can raise this problem and said come in 2 weeks to have a look then order the spare parts and swap around then came after 2 weeks and confirmed that it can be solved and no worries in 3 days he reports to us but a week 2 then do not write anything But he didn't answer anything and then complained to the company then said maybe could not get these parts but why would he have said and not our 5 weeks to disappear because of his appointment that is terribly disrespectful and inhuman. If he had said I am insecure and don't wait for you on me then we would have asked and solved other things.

Even if there is parking in front of his house, he regularly parks his work van across the sidewalk, so that it is impossible to get through with a stroller or wheelchair and have to use the street. Very anti-social behavior towards fellow human beings, unreasonable and unfriendly when spoken to.

My bathroom had to be replaced. The bathroom is converted from a single source by the Hübner sanitary installation. The implementation went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the result.
