Due to time constraints, I commissioned this company in September 2018 to replace a radiator with regulator valve and shut-off valve and to change the regulator valve for a second radiator. The heating was not yet in operation after completion of the plumbing work, since the heating season began after some time. When the heater was switched on later, it turned out that both control valves generated banging noises that could be heard in several apartments. And with that started the trouble with this company, which is not over yet in April 2019. Several complaints verbally, in writing, by phone and e-mail, even a last letter request by messenger has let Mr. Welke pass, despite some verbal commitments to eliminate the error, but he has done nothing. He even ignored all cell phone calls in the end. Another installer has then removed the bot of Mr. Welke, which has cost me next to the initial cost of almost 1900.00 € again 700.00 €. Of course, Mr Welke also ignored the additional costs I had incurred through my lawyer. This installer is in my opinion a shame for the whole guild. I still accepted the exorbitant initial price for this work, because I was glad that anyone was willing to do this little job at short notice.
