Posted a problem case with photos online. Water leak on a water filter in the basement. Nobody got in touch. Great website, obviously nobody there or time to look at customer inquiries. Telephone without announcement ... rings to itself.

... and I am so happy to have found a good installer in Unterhaching. This one is not. Even today, we are scarred by the overpriced botch that the company had done 3 years ago. Because at Hägele people do not like talking to customers who complain. Incidentally, the offer at the beginning was the cheapest, the bill at the end no longer. I forgive an extra person because we have not yet broken the pipe.
