Mr. Nather is not interested in orders! Despite three attempts to contact him, no call from him! When we first contacted him, we personally described the problem to him and illustrated it with photos. Mr Nather said he was very busy at the moment and would be in touch in 3 weeks. After 5 weeks without a call from his part, we asked him by phone on Monday. He put us off and promised to contact us on Friday. There was again no call from him on Friday. When we called him, an employee who knew nothing about it answered and asked us to call again on Monday. When we called on Monday, a lady answered and explained. Mr. Nather is not in the house, but would call us back. We gave our contact details for the third time and continue to wait in vain for his call back. Conclusion: Mr. Nather is not interested in orders and customers

One call is enough. The next day (because a circulation pump had to be ordered first) the installation took place. The fitter (from Romania) has been working for the company for a long time. That is true for service and the working atmosphere. Always my pleasure.

+++ NEVER AGAIN ++++ Mr. Nather left us (a young family with a toddler) with a defective hot water treatment 3 months (in words three months) despite solid repair commitment - and not reported to date. We will officially complain to the Chamber of Crafts of Munich about this process. Company Nather - never again for us !!
