Date agreed and confirmed by e-mail was not met. No rejection, no phone call - nothing. Too bad about my vacation day. Addendum: Evaluation set to "neutral". Buchberger (Mrs. S-L) apologized in writing in all forms. It seems to be an isolated incident.

After 2 hours I was told that the spa is completely broken and I absolutely need a new one. Spare parts would not exist for two years ...
I then commissioned a new company that found the mistake at first sight.

The "fun" cost me 130 € at the company Buchberger.
