I ordered a couple of Warriors last year. Delivery and quality great. Customer service: disappointing. On the website there was a large amount of free DHL shipping from 30 euros. Now the Warriors cost around 100 and I still paid 20 euros for shipping. I thought okay, it's probably because I live in Switzerland. One week later, DHL Switzerland received an invoice for 20 euros. So I paid 40% shipping costs in addition to the value of the goods. No response to a message sent on the HP. I think that's totally disproportionate and would have been happy to receive information such as: no delivery to Switzerland or: attention, delivery to Switzerland is horrendously expensive, please sew the sandals yourself.
I only had positive experiences. Bought me sandals for running and also for everyday wear. Wouldn't give it up anymore. Despite having been paid in advance by bank transfer, they were delivered in a very short time despite international shipping. Product delivers what it promises and how it was described. Anytime again, I would buy new footwear here.
We stopped by here relatively spontaneously from Hamburg in the direction of Salzburg on our vacation trip and hereby would like to make our recommendation. Very pleasant and competent advice. Bought sandals. Many thanks
