I was not given a package. The employee told me that no parcel was stored in this name and that this post office would generally only accept letters. The employee was also very unfriendly. All very strange.

If you come during peak times, you can clearly wait 15 minutes. But I already had Saturday mornings when I didn't have to wait. Staff were always polite. Point deduction because I have already heard from a friend that he could not pick up his package there because they supposedly do not have it (you should generally check with dhl what is going on)

Waiting times of over fifteen minutes are practically guaranteed. Depending on how many people wait, fewer and fewer switches are occupied, so you always have to wait a long time.

The entire workforce is extremely rude. Many are also very quiet, so you can hardly hear the greeting. You also work very slowly, which means that the waiting time is also long.
