Very nice staff, I do not know if the lady was an intern or was permanently employed. The ladies have changed me exceptionally 100 € and so I could buy the 2 little things. The sausage Croisant is not my taste, but: It was enough. The hot chocolate was delicious too. What I wish for: More assortment! In Erlangen, the employees are top and bottom first class!
I bought a quiche today. The spinach feta quiche has an extra "vegetarian" logo. I have to ask 3 times slowly and clearly for the VEGETARIAN quiche, at this point there is no excuse to give me the wrong product without asking. I got a quiche, I went home and I found it was a ham and cheese quiche. Doesn't the seller care or doesn't he speak French or German? I cannot make it even clearer that I want a vegetarian product that is advertised as vegetarian. Better go to the Beck and get what you order loud and clear!
I'm willing to spend more for good quality, but here is the price-performance ratio not at all. Staff not too friendly. I'd better go to Yormas or the Beck again!
Staff absolutely unable and not motivated. Usually when smoking or on the phone. Absolute no-go!
