Simply the best bakery far and wide, afaik the only one in Erlangen that still actually do all their baking themselves in house instead of a factory.
Bread, cakes and everything french like Brioche and Pain au Chocolate are amazing and well worth the price. The only thing that didn't blew me away so far was a mildly disappointing baguette.
...really one if the best backeries in Erlangen!
