I always look forward to Sylvia's yoga class all week! In fact, I've learned something new every time. The lessons are demanding and require a lot of concentration, strength and balance. If you really want to do something, this is the right place for you. Sylvia picks up everyone where they are and, especially for advanced or ambitious yogis, has tons of opportunities for improvement. Big praise !!!
A sporty yoga program awaits you. Sylvia responds very well to each individual in the group.

Demanding and very varied program in a great group, often outside in summer
In the sessions, Sylvia served us a demanding yoga program: everything from strength, endurance and flexibility exercises was included, and the fun in the group was not neglected. After a few sessions you will notice the progress / success. And the super-flexible attendance system using a stamp card is just right for me.
A really nice yoga class and really exhausting, just the thing for athletic persons looking for a balance to the stressful everyday life. Sylvia takes her time for each one and the group is awesome and a lot of fun.
