I've learned a lot at this yoga place, escpecially where the muscle: ''Iceywollowcum'' is and how to hate the inner spirit that chaises a person during my generator repair.

When my kids had a autumn school break, i wanted to take them to somewhere where we all can have a good time. I randomly found "easy erlangen" and asked them if i could take my 8 years old daughter and 5 years son. Luckly i could book a class for three of us. The staff could speak perfect English and the meditaion teacher could offer us the class in English Which was important for us cos we only speak English. When i entered the meditation studio i felt like i was in the forest. The atmosphere itself offered me calmness and peaceful energy. I could not believe in the middle of city such a beautiful forest like place exist. It was my first time to do meditation and i totally loved it! Rasing two kids in abroad can be sometimes quite challenge and i find the meditation is a excellent tool for me to keep in balance. i did not have a huge expectation cos i knew that a single class would not do much anyway but i was wrong! i felt so much relaxed after half an hour guided meditation. the teacher was very nice and kind and i felt warm welcoming throughout the class. My 8 years old daugter even told me she wanted to stay longer and visit again. I would love to visit the studio at regular basis if i had lived in Erlangen! But i will definately go back when my kids have school break!

A place of harmony and silence. I enter and immediately feel more relaxed and very comfortable. Super cozy book corner, delicious teas and very nicely decorated. The four-week intensive course is only recommended for everyone. Michael you have built something really special. Thank you for the enriching time!

A pure oasis of wellbeing! The easy. Erlangen is definitely one of my favorite places in the city! Here you can find peace and serenity, especially with the help of meditation director Michael. Nice that there is the Easy in Erlangen!

I am 80 years old. I have participated in meditation and yoga several times and I am very enthusiastic about the effects on body and soul. Rest and sleep have returned. A very competent team in a very nice room that accomplishes this effect. I will keep coming back.
