Perfect for beginners to be introduced to the world of yoga practice. No pressure to perform, no stress. Simply, naturally in a relaxed atmosphere. You will be corrected and if an exercise is still too difficult or you cannot do it for health reasons, you will always be shown an easier variant. I just feel comfortable and in good hands at friedrich31.yoga.

I was there for the first time yesterday. The mood is super relaxed. Very competent yogi. There is free tea, water and blankets. We recommend!
