Unfortunately, can only distribute one star. Was a test training a few months ago and unfortunately I will not register in this studio. The exercises were very good and effective, but I didn't feel the atmosphere during the course well. Unfortunately, the trainer was rather unfriendly during the training. A shame anyway, because I found the exercises themselves pretty good. But for all the money that is required in this studio, you can certainly find comparable Pilates courses in Erlangen with understanding and friendly trainers.

Top training, the best for the body. At Pilates Erlangen you will not find the normal "Wellness Pilates", but a well-thought-out, professional and effective training program. The studio has a pleasant atmosphere and the trainers are highly qualified. You make targeted and individual corrections. With training once a week I no longer have back pain, with twice I feel years younger ;-) Absolutely recommendable!
