Great training with very good trainers and trainers in very beautiful rooms. Very good hygiene concept. I feel really good every time.

Have been going to training here for several years. I like the calm, no permanent music chatter in the background. You can concentrate on your training. The trainers are mostly friendly and competent. With accompanied training it can happen that you are always with a different trainer. If you don't want that, you have to address it immediately. In addition, a very pleasant atmosphere for me with the beams and high rooms. I like to be there!

Intensive muscle training in 2-minute units. Suitable for me as a balance to other sports, 2 units per week are sufficient.
