The lady on the phone was apparently a bit older. However, very unfriendly she did not let me explain my concern and kept interrupting me. This lady has no professional competence. The company in general does not seem to have any competence.

I cannot share the negative reviews. I've known Mr. Windl for a long time, and he is a very friendly and straightforward person. Woodworm infestation was discovered in our house when the attic was being expanded. Inex handled the matter very quickly and reliably. It worked very quickly, so that we did not fall behind with the other construction work. A clear recommendation from me.

The lady on the phone was unfortunately very rude and arrogant. The company INEX was on site and had taken care of a wasp's nest, unfortunately the wasps were still not gone a month later. It wasn't a problem for me, but I reported it and asked if this falls under goodwill and if someone can come again (strong smell of putrefaction, but cannot remove the blind box because the wasps are still there). The lady kept interrupting me and said when I asked for a guarantee that the company was not an electronics store with a guarantee. Extremely unprofessional, rude and brash. The man who came for the wasps was very friendly and helpful. He was also the one who didn't invoice and stopped by immediately. Please either let the lady on the phone take part in a training session on how to speak to customers or stop answering the phone.

Disappointing. Apparently no interest. A "call for help" because of extreme rascals in the apartment is now over a week ago. First, the lady on the phone was quite unperturbed by my despair, second, she did not even want to promise me a call back within the next 2 days. It was all about a recall for a sightseeing agreement. A request made a few days later by our property management (!) To contact us was also ignored. What should one think of it, if not even a so-called "specialist company" would like to help? Nothing!
